Box Office opens:
Weekday evenings from 7pm to 8pm
Saturday mornings from 10.30am to 12.30pm
During the week of a live show from 12 noon to 2pm

Doors & Box Office open 30 minutes before each live show or film.

At all other times you can leave a message on the Box Office Voice Mail by ringing 01788 541234, waiting for the announcements, and selecting option 2. We will call you back to take your booking.

All seats booked by telephone, must be paid for at the time of booking, by Credit or Debit card, or 5 show voucher, quoting the identification number on the voucher. (See Special Offers)

Seats are not reserved for films, but tickets for films can be booked in advance.

PARTIES OF 10 OR MORE ONLY may book in advance of the normal box office opening date by calling 07796 255545. Once the tickets are on general sale, call the usual box office number 01788 541234.

Non members become temporary members of the Rugby Theatre Society when they attend a show. They are then welcome to use the licensed bar and the coffee bar on the evenings of live shows, and to use the licensed bar after films.
